Whispering Falls

about

"Whispering Falls" was recorded during the same sessions as the Everlasting Spring and Clear Channel albums, back in the early spring of 2019. I had isolated and set aside the track for a compilation of fingerstyle acoustic guitar recordings that I'd been invited to contribute to after The Center and The Fringe came out; that compilation, sadly, never materialized, and I had nearly forgotten about its existence over the proceeding three years (which have felt like 30). Excited to unearth it this morning, I decided to share it immediately with subscribers. It certainly carries a similar sound and style as those contemporaneous albums, but its compactness refines the wander down to a single-length expression.
